Account closed - FBA items not returned
Amazon has closed my account and sent the majority of items back to me.
However there is one pile of stock which I have not received yet. They have provided me with a tracking number which states that the shipment was created on the 14th of july. However it has not updated since and they do not give me any solid answer.
I wrote directly to the responsible amazon warehouse without any proper response.
I dont know what I should do as I cannot login to the account anymore.
Is there any email for complaints etc.?
Or should I hire a lawyer. All goods were genuine products.
