Does anyone know if QVC liquidation (meaning you have to have a resale certificate and tax id) would be sufficient for an invoice? Im leaning towards no because are they technically an authorized distributor? I see them more of a retailer and thus it wouldnt work.....thoughts?

Give it a try if they do not accept the invoice you will know

They prefer commercial invoices from usa/uk distributors.
