Account Still Under Review - Suspended
Hello,
I recently had my account suspended roughly 3-4 weeks ago. The suspension was due to inauthentic complaints. They asked for a plan of appeal and then invoices for the items that I had the complaints on. I submitted this information and had to refine it a few times as they kept requesting the same information.
They then said thanks for the information and they will review my account and get back to me to see if I can sell on Amazon again.
After not hearing anything, they then attempted to call me on Sept 3rd. I missed their call and she left a message saying she would send me an email about the information. It was requesting another plan of action for the same reason but for a completely different item.
I sent them a similar appeal and creative invoices. I got no response after sending this information and it has now been almost a week.
Should I let them make communication first? At what point should I respond? Should I just re-send the appeal information like I did the first time?
I have about 9,000 and this is the only account I have ever had. Not sure what to do but I want to get reinstated and get my money out!
