Default Account Still Under Review - Suspended

Hello,

I recently had my account suspended roughly 3-4 weeks ago. The suspension was due to inauthentic complaints. They asked for a plan of appeal and then invoices for the items that I had the complaints on. I submitted this information and had to refine it a few times as they kept requesting the same information.

They then said thanks for the information and they will review my account and get back to me to see if I can sell on Amazon again.

After not hearing anything, they then attempted to call me on Sept 3rd. I missed their call and she left a message saying she would send me an email about the information. It was requesting another plan of action for the same reason but for a completely different item.

I sent them a similar appeal and creative invoices. I got no response after sending this information and it has now been almost a week.

Should I let them make communication first? At what point should I respond? Should I just re-send the appeal information like I did the first time?

I have about 9,000 and this is the only account I have ever had. Not sure what to do but I want to get reinstated and get my money out!

Move over and start a new one. My first amazon account is still under review. It is already three months passed.

Really? What about trying to continue communication? I really don't want to lose the 9,000 and my stock?

It seems they did not accept your appeal / invoices

Try sending them another message with different invoices / appeal and see what happens

Don't use chinese invoices.

You will get the 9000 in 90 days, and you can retrive your stock and relabel it.

I used "creative" invoices and not chinese ones. These are nintendo products that were actually authentic however I bought them from second hand stores etc. I made Nintendo invoices. What kind of invoices would you recommend? 3rd party wholesaler?

Even for inauthentic complaints? How can i retrieve stock? Do they not cancel all removal orders when you are suspended?

There are cases of FBA stock being held. As long as OP can still log into the account and it has not been deleted, he/she should be able to receive the funds in 90 days.

Sadly, with Amazon, that deletion could come later on if they deem the stock is indeed inauthentic...

Wait a few days more (2 weeks total). If there is no response, send the same e-mail (with attached invoices) again.

As @rsot already say, if your account is not deleted there is a hope.

P.S. If you want to try to rescue your account, google for Cynthia Stine, but be prepared for extra $$$
