PayPal Lifting Limits

Hi,

as far as i know EU PayPal Accounts have a yearly 2500Euro Limit.
You even cant increase it when u verify a vcc.

Do you guys know if it will increase when you upload an ID and proof of address?

If so where can i find the option to upload those documents?

I only saw the option to verify and bankaccount or creditcard...
