Two amounts failed to confirm the bank account

Hello everyone, I have a case that did not yield to a logical explanation.
For about three weeks, I added a bank account number to my fully confirmed stealth account after 7 days, two amounts did not come. I deleted and added again and they again after 7 days did not come. Sechas is already the tenth day since the moment I added the third time the bank account number in PayPal. Two sums from 00.01 to 00.99 did not come even with the first addition. The name of the bank account and PayPal account are different. Support spreads. Maybe someone faced this problem?

Can you call Paypal and see if they can manually send the deposits?
There's a time I didn't get deposits for 5 days, bu no longer than that.

I called them they spread their hands.
Today called again I was told that the transfer was made 2 days ago but the bank account has not yet arrived.
I also face this for the first time
