 Opened up an item not received but now needing to open NSAID
Hi everyone, I (as a buyer), have opened up an Item not received. After waiting days on end (when it was meant to be next day delivery) it finally arrived but is not as described.
The only options for not received are:
Send a message to the seller
Close this request
If you're satisfied with the seller's reply, or if you received your item, you can close the request
Ask us to step in and help
If there's a problem, or if you can't sort things out with the seller, ask us to step in
Do i close the case and re-open an item not described? is this possible? or once the case is closed, am I not able to do this?  |
