SNAD for digital goods as buyer. Been told to return item. *facepalm*
Hi all.
I bought a digital item that was not as described. I opened a dispute, then a claim, for an intangible.
Now PP writes back and says I can have the money back if I return the item with a tracking number
The seller is in a far-away country, and does not state an address. I suppose I can try to get that address from them, and then burn a DVD with the data on and send it with tracking, or I get a print on demand service to send a DVD to them.
I am gobsmacked by the sheer idiocy from PP of turning an intangible case into something tangible. I am trying to override the "return the goods" aspect of the dispute by contacting PP, but I have no major hopes of them doing it in a reasonable time.
Any Guru(s) here ever been in the same situation?
Cheers, and have a great day/evening/night.
