Default Selling Gillete a bad idea?

I am thinking of selling some Gillete blades. These are legit as I bought them months ago from retail store but just haven't had a place to sell them.

Account is couple months old and few reviews but has had about 20 or more sales thus far. Too risky? Your thoughts?

How about Worx and Black And Decker hedge trimmers? Also risky? Thinking to list one here and there...I only have 2 anyway.

It's a bad idea due to the sheer volume of counterfeit blades that get sold on ebay.

In the end, it's your account but as I always tell people.....be ready for any of the following:
1. VERO takedown
2. Invoice Request
3. PayPal wanting everything under the Sun

Can't say about the other, but B&D are a trash brand, I can't see anybody caring/worrying about fraud or phakes with those.

You shouldn't have a problem as long as you explain in the description that you bought them awhile back, and just never used them and they are still sealed. Its not like you have a listing for 10 packs of blades, just a couple right? Ebay IS still a place to unload crap you have lying around the house that other people may want. Its no Amazon.

I guess I will try Worx and B&D hedge trimmer and not bother with the blades for now. I only have total of 2 trimmers so can't be that bad.

I hope you understand that when we give advice, it's not to discourage people from selling......it's because too many people have had a similar issue. Maybe you have had great success with selling razor blades and if so that's great.

Sure, EB's bot will read the description and give a pass on a problem item - NOT.

Great advice posted OP - if you do decide to move the blades anyway, just remember that Gillette is spelled with 2 Ts...the way you wrote it will not give good search results (just saying)
