amazon asking for VAT registration certificate

Hi
my account has been running for couple f years and everything is fine till a few days ago.
amazon sent email to verify my payment account ( verified before), i sent them document they asked for, later on received email from amazon which asking me to provide with VAT registration certificate.
i am not VAT register.
what should we do ?

Your turn over must be over the vat limit if it is then you need to prove them if you fail to prove them they will close your account

The problem is that i can not transfer my money now, listing is not visible too.
i just wait and my payment account will be automatically open ?

the question to the same topics, if I reached threshold to be registered for VAT, amazon starts to request VAT certificate? how do I handle it, when person or company that the account is registered under, does not exist?

Don't reach the VAT limit.

That is the only easy solution here for a ghost account

This is because the account address is in the UK? (or any other EU country)
If address was not in EU (whats mean not have VAT number) them can ask also for this VAT?
