15 minutes +/- depending on how you add up the prepwork... there's a fair amount of indirect time expended such as making a new user account on the computer, setting the various user options on a new user account, getting a Fresh IP and logging that on my spreadsheet, creating the email address, researching physical street addresses to use, how fast I get the verification email and confirmation, being sure my notes have all the details I entered and doing a bit of search to establish myself, not to mention coming back and logging on periodically for a couple of weeks before I start to use the accounts... they're little things but at a minute or two each they add up then you've spent 20-30 minutes on the project as a whole.
