Paypal 21 Day Hold Lifted, eBay started 21 Day Hold Again?

So I have been operating a Stealth Account now since March. I have not verified PayPal with SSN or TIN, so I never thought I would escape the 21 Day Hold, which as long as you ship everything in a timely manner, you get it sooner anyway. Well, Last Friday I received an email from PayPal that my selling history is going well, and that any future payments I receive should be available instantly, WOW, what a nice Surprise since I was not expecting this without the SSN.

I received one payment for an eBay sale over the weekend, and funds were available instantly. Monday and Tuesday I had one sale each on eBay, and funds are being held again. I called PayPal to find out why and they said that eBay is holding the funds now? What the hell, my seller account is in good standing, above average, why in the world would eBay re-instate holds on me after aprox. 2-3 months of not holding funds because I met there requirements a couple of months ago?

This almost seems ironic considering the email I just received from PayPal Friday that all is well? I know many people talk about eBay and PayPal still talking to one another, is this some kind of a game they are playing, is there something I am missing with all of this?

I've been stealthing for at least 5yrs now.....and I've come to the conclusion that not everything can be explained, therefore I have stopped trying to figure out why PayPal does certain things....life is a lot easier that way.

When they tell you ebay is holding it, they are telling you anything to get you off the phone. If you call ebay, they will tell you they are not holding it.

Well, an update of sorts, eBay finally claims I have passed 25 sales which is a bunch of B.S., as I had passed this when I made this post. However, it was after three phone calls with a lot of yelling, and finally funds were not held on my 29th sale which happened Saturday. Well, one sale, funds immediately were available, now today, a sale and Paypal is so kind as to hold the funds stating this is a high risk transaction, and that the funds will be available three days after buyer receives with confirmed tracking or 21 days. This is too weird that one holds funds, then after I finally get that cleared, the other holds funds again.

When using Paypal, expect that HOLDS will come at ANY time Paypal decides to give you. USE CRYPTOS if you don't want holds and limitations PERIOD.......

Paypal holds seems to be completely random, I had a payment for $60 go through with no holds then one for $55 right after that had a hold. ???
