cannot add bank!? glitch?

hey everyone

been trying to add a bank acc to a pp i bought on this forum. I cannot add it, it just simply says trouble adding bank, please try again later....

its a barclay savings acc, i have loads of accs with the same type of bank and work perfectly...

i called them up, but yet the rep couldnt add it either, he said maybe try later....

is PP system down?

or is something majorly wrong?

Some accounts have this restriction where they can't add any bank account. It's completely normal and it automatically happens for whatever reasons. Waiting may or may not help, instead you should call them multiple times and try to get a better rep. Even try to escalate to a manager as they can definitely do something about this. It's normal that some reps won't really try to help you and tell you that nothing can be done.

Barclays savings is one of the banks PP wont allow, Ive tried to add it before as well.

thats incorect as i have several other pp accs running ith barclays savings perfectly well...
