Verify PayPal before creating eBay account or visa versa?

Quick question, veteran stealth are here. I was reading a few things and I had a quick question. Do you normally create your PayPal account FIRST, verify it, attach VBA and such, THEN create the eBay Stealth account and link the already verified PayPal account to it? Just wondering I know that in the past I believe that's the way it worked but I've heard a few things like it doesn't matter anymore. Just wondering if anybody was continuing to do it that way or could you just create a PayPal account and eBay account at the same time on the same night? I was always under the impression you wanted the PayPal account fully verified BEFORE creating an eBay account and linking it. Just wondering! Thanks!

Paypal always first, when you list for your first item to sell they want to see a verified paypal, even if your not going to list but let it age after setting up a seller account a verified PP looks better IMO

Makes no difference in my experience. Some people say it does.

I don't attach a bank account until the EB shows it is going to make significant income.

And in some cases I let the PP accumulate a fair amount of money, like 1-2K, I just directly pay a supplier with it and never attach a bank account.

I have EB PP pairings that are 7 years old that never have had a bank account attached.

Verify the paypal first before attaching it to the ebay.

It's easier that way.

eBay needs a confirmed VCC on Paypal to get a successfull selling limit so I make Paypal first

I don't think you do........I made a 500/$25,000 without a VCC or even a PayPal.....I just phone confirmed it or whatever it's called.

I do the PP verification before use on eb - sometimes even do a few transaction before eb use as well.
