I have a Euro paypal limited and need eu bank account to withdral funds any help?
so i used a eu vcc and the paypal was limited 2 years down and i still have 400 usd stuck on this account and tried to use my bank account and wouldnt work must be a european bank account any help?

get a viabuy card with DE bank account withdraw paypal to the iban given and you lose only about $90 for setup fees.. then cashout the remaining on atm.

Doesn't matter where you are from but you need an EU address and "proof of address" (uitity bill, bank statement etc.) at that address to receive the card.....does anyone know if they are cool with mismatched names?

+1 this, if anyone knows if viabuy is cool with mismatched names please let us know. Their EU IBAN works for withdrawals I heard.
