Default Issue with withdrawal after 180 days

Hello,
Having problem with one of my accounts, after 180 days after limitation they never sent me email that funds are eliglbe for withdrawal, tried to contact them by email (sent more than 10 emails to different paypal staff member) and no result, just they asking me to provide ID and utility bill scan . Never happened this before. Is there any chances to get my money from this account without sending documents? Because this is stealth accounts. Thanks

I would file a complaint with the better business bureau, or give them a call

The BBB trick usually solves it (takes about 20 day for a response), or just call until you get someone that will lift it.

The poster above is right. Keep a record of your reponses from PayPal then contact the Silicon Valley (CA) BBB and file a complaint online. Make sure you are specific and give dates, reponses, and other relevent information regarding your inability to withdrawal your funds after the 180 days is up.

Filing a BBB complaint is NOT a guarantee you will get your money. Your case will very likely get into the hands of the "Executive Escalations Office" at their San Jose corportate office and be looked into by them. Many times they will release your funds once they receive that complaint. If that fails, your last stop would be the State of California Attorney General's office in Sacramento. PayPal has a loooong history with them, and not in a good way. That might get the ball rolling.

So you cannot just add your bank account to this and withdraw?

The limitations are still there?

if you are unable to add a bank account via the web interface, another method you might want to try that has sometimes worked in the past is to try adding the bank acct via phone using their IVR.

The voice response will just ask you what you are calling about. Say something like "Add a bank account" then get ready to provide your routing and account number. Just be careful and make sure you enter it correctly the first time. Any errors you make inputting these details will complicate your problem.

Of course they might not allow you to add a bank/withdrawal at all if the account has a limitation for needing to be ID verified.

Thanks for all, this is UK , not sure if complaint with BBB fits, it is with US only?
And bank account is already added, but account is limited about 250 days and I still dont have ability to withdraw my funds.
