Making stealth PayPals; some questions.

Hello everyone!
I'm right now in the midst of trying to create proper PayPal stealth accounts
I've ****ed up in the past and even used similar info and passwords and not used an IP
So the real question is.
Should I make every single piece of information unique, all.the way from name, password and birth date?

With dedicated VPN/proxy, should I try the hardest to make the IP similar to?
If I make 2 accounts, do they need to be on different profiles or just web browser profiles? Has anyone tried this?

I've read as much as I can but sometimes get conflicting or old info
