Scammer filed Chargeback - Instant transfers now take 72 hours

Has anyone else experienced this?

I have a top rated seller stealth account. Had an idiot -scammer customer file a chargeback on me.

Now my payments that used to be instant, take 72 hours to clear.

Does this ever go back to normal where my withdrawals will be instant?

Seen this happen over and over.

PayPal doesn't care even though you are the victim of a scam buyer. All that matters to PP is you had a changeback and their algo adjusts "security" on your account accordingly. I've had this happen to me, so I know the fustration.

Unclear when the w/d's on your account will go back to normal. Maybe you need to contact PP and ask. For me, it took about 3 months for the holds to go away again after I got a CB from a buyer.

nickopedia is right except about calling up PP - I wouldn't bother calling them up. Just wait it out - and build backup accounts.

A happy update!

So I just wanted to post and update my situation so that hopefully when someone else encounters this issue they can know what to expect.

As of yesterday my withdrawals are coming out instantly again. Only been about a week to 10 days since the scammer filed his chargeback.
