I just wanna know does this acually get you more sales?

& will it get your Ad flagged/ghosted?

If someone searches for anyone of those things, then your ad will show up. Yes it could very likely get your ad removed.

yea craigslist pulls my ads from time too time - but I believe thats done by the USERS FLAGGING THEM - I dont thing they care/pay people to search and remove - I believe the rule is 3 strikes and your out - but I could be wrong

If you have the exact same ad in the exact same category, it's just annoying for buyers. Putting it in different categories, different cities, etc. might be good. If you want to spam, make the wording and pics all different for each.
