Not unlimited. But with careful manipulation you can have a number of these accounts.
Savers can be flagged for eBay. Amazon is fine.

Old saying you have to learn to walk before you can run.
You need apply that to account creation too.
Learn to create, operate, work to make profit. Then increase the numbers.
