Where Can I Get VCC's Meeting These Expectations

I already have been asking sellers in the marketplace.

In a nutshell I'm looking for AVS Debit VCC card's with a minimum balance of $5 on them each. I'm not 100% sure if they need to be AVS though since I'm just trying to make a purchase with them however they would definitely need to be Debit Cards and not a Pre-paid Card as the payment-gateway/checkout-cart recognizes all prepaid cards and auto decline them. The cards have to be connected to a US checking/saving account to be considered a debit card.

Good Examples: Any VCC or Card that is issued by a top US Financial Institution. AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, WELLS, CITI, CHASE, BOA, etc.

Bad Examples: Entropay, Netspend, Greendot, Visa Vanilla, Cards From Local Stores, etc.

Now lets let the friendly assistance begin, shall we.

There's definitely sellers in the marketplace selling VCC's that are connected to saving accounts. I think Ignas is one of them.

Well....no one and I mean no one is going to sell or will ever sell "Debit Cards".....in essence that would require real information such as Real Name, Real Address, Real SSN....get where this is going?

Anyhoo, I never inclined about Any names, or Ssn. I'm well aware that the Name or Address for that matter doesn't need to match. This is a case of needing a card better than your average prepaid card as they are auto-blocked for what I was attempting to purchase. Sort of like how some subscription sites won't allow you to sign up with a prepaid card instead they want something more authentic well that's the issue I was having.
