What youre saying makes absolutely no sense. According to that logic anyone who provides his bank info to paypal has his information out there for anyone to use to steal his identity. That is the weakest logic Ive ever heard.
Complete and utter nonsense.
Providing your banking info to paypal on a stealth account 100% safe. Paypal cannot see the name of the bank account holder and it is actually the safest way to withdraw your funds.
The ONLY reason you would have for concern is if youre involved in some VERY shady and illegal scams in which case the account number can be investigated and with the proper court orders (which would cost a pretty penny in legal fees) could lead back to you. If youre just a normal stealther you have absolutely NOTHING to fear by providing your bank account info to paypal.

It's along the lines of currency exchange: I pay bitcoin and get at least 110% ROI in cash via bank transfer. I was willing to risk a small trade, but my concern is about handing over my bank info.

If you cannot trust the party youre dealing with dont do business with them.
Problem solved.

Or maybe he do trust the party but wants the VBA in anothers name for other purposes. Anonymous identity, Avoiding taxation, etc.

But you just want a extra layer of protection against a possible "SLIM CHANCE" of a paypal hack of the papyal system or something.
I remember back in the late 90's Ebay shut down from a Worm Attack those *******ized people at ebay didn't refund me the selling fees for ebay being shut down SUCK!

I transfer between my actual real bank account and my virtual bank account all the time and vice versa.
Revolut. Does anyone else use this app?

What's a pure virtual bank account?
I assumed virtual meant that there wasn't a physical location I could go and visit the bank at which is what Revolut is.
Revolut bank accounts are surely ideal for adding to paypal anyway? What other similar apps provide a similar service do you know? I know of TIDE but are there others?

There is actually no such thing as a virtual bank account.
It's a turn of phrase that is incorrectly used.
People selling VBAs are actually opening real bank accounts. Once the verification deposits are supplied to the customer the account is then closed down which is why everyone says you can't withdraw to a VBA.

Things like Uaccount and lots of other new bank accounts, they tend to have an issue with the amount of money going into the accounts in mismatching names long term
