It is a problem if you can't accept pp. Time to get back up accounts going. Aged account with feedback can work but need to make sure you have solved the issue of WHY pp keeps limiting you
Aged accounts with or without sales give it a little more stability, compared to those accounts that are new.
Though aged accounts with sales history has a bigger impact in terms of account strength.
Of course once you've fully matured the account, and its got hundreds of positive ratings, been selling for over a year, only then will it be at it's prime.
As Sanjin pointed out above, "aged" accounts with no activity really don't matter much. It's much more about the HISTORY- Feedback and Activity that make all the difference.
Far too much hearsay.. people need to know what they are talking about.
Im a seller that sells 1000+ digital items every 3-4 days and have many many accounts on there now and also ready to go..
ive been selling digital and vero since 2010
to answer the op YES.
Case files and return requests are vital.#
The longer or older the account, the more cases you can have open before it gets restricted.
EVERYTHING... is based on date of registration
As I've said many times, you can link a new PP but it will be limited, maybe in a day, maybe in a month, nobody can say when, and you will probably lose your money.

Well obviously you know some things based on your own experience and you don't know alot of other circumstances. It's always rewarding to keep an open mind.
I know people who had an account for 10 years, sold in 7 figures a month.
They were completely legit, no faults, 99.9% feedback, super small returns almost no claims...
BAM, one day suspended... they were even in the auction news when this happened.
And I have an account that's 2 weeks old, and honestly since I don't partcularly care about this account, so I made many faults... I still haven't gotten suspended.
so NO, NOT EVERTYHING is based on the date of registration. Do NOT give people the wrong info only because you experienced otherwise.
