Default I lost my money or no?

Got this email after 15 days from payment,buyer says he is owner of account and he didnt opened any case..
Have tracking and receipt
Tracking online shows delivered and i have proof of delivery signed by buyer
Already sent all info to paypal

What says guys?

As long as you have tracking and a signature that he received it, you should be covered.


So make sure you give Paypal everything that they need.

Nah, you shouldn't worry about this.
Since you have provided the Tracking Details showing that item has been delivered successfully to the recipient's address, and had someone sign for it, is a strong proof of delivery. I would say 99.99% you'll win the case

The only thing is, i am from Italy and i ship from Italy, but i use paypal of another country as you can see its in english but tracking details, receipt is in Italian.. Even sender name is same as paypal account but address is different than what registered on paypal..

Else recipient address name and details are correct...

If the tracking shows its been delivered and signed for you will be covered by Paypal seller protection, just keep on top of the case when ever they ask for details..

If you are worried give paypal a call and explain everything to them stating you have tracking etc

Today i called them, they said they have all documents and tracking details, but i need to say to buyer that he should call paypal team and tell that he did that transaction..

I called buyer, after some time he said he called paypal, his account got limited so paypal said he needs to send all documents to remove limitation then only they will close this case also...

But what is my fault in all this? I have shipped with all proofs...

Its making me worried...

I do not think you have any fault in this.

I would not worry, as SaiJin said above, as long as you have tracking and a signature that he received it , you should be covered.

This is a little tricky, but if they limited the buyer's account, you should get your money back no problem. It does take time unfortunately.

Just to update you all:

Paypal limited my account, asked for id, address proof, description about this particular payment..
Already provided all documents (id and address proof and written explaintion for this payment)

Account got permanently banned...
Case is still under paypal review..

I think i will loose money, even though i have shipment online tracking, signed receipt, buyer confirming receipt and satisfaction...

Any suggestions guys how to save my money?
