So the acc is 3 months old and usually i gon't get holds for small payments.
Also the email sent by pp started differently than usual something like
'' Jorge sent you 20$'' and not showing its ebay sale.

Tried to buy gift card yesterday i wonder if that triggered something.

your customer sent you direct payment by paypal and not paid the ebay transaction. it has nothing to do with gift card

yes but he paid by sending direct payment with paypal because he can se your email address on the ebay payment system. Log in your paypal account and see transaction details, you should see it clearly there. If nnot , so maybe one more ebay/papal glitch

But it was two different buyers with the same issue. They didn't payed directly because when i checked my pp i can see the ebay item in the details.

Sometimes there's lag between the 2 and it doesn't show on the eBay side for a while. It will catch up if he paid through the invoice through eBay.
