SOLVED. ...if anybody interested..
The phone numbers by misstake was used on other gmail account too. Deleted number from the previous gmail account and closed down that old email at all. After that loged in to new account by google analytics login page. It asked to update phone number. If loging to gmail intercace than it simply says account is disabled and no options there. So after add new number when loged in to analytics, they also asked to change password. Then log in by gmail interface, they asked to confirm new number and after that got the same error that account dissabled. Then contacted them to reinstate new account again and they reinstated it.
Strange that it can not be fixed straight by gmail interface and you have to go arround to update data once blocked because you can not update anything if tryong to login directly to gmail. I had fixed 2 of my accounts this way. Works ok now and was able to take out my btc finally. BTC now is much more expensive than back then, so withdraw about twice larger amount than had before  Happy ending.
