eBay Suspension after sending in invoice

Hello,

Can you please help me what could be the problem, what I should do?
I have sent in DL and Billing info, they have approved it, wanted to send also invoice about the electronics I'm selling.

I have created one, from Walmart, modified it to contain all the items I sold.
Like 10 hours, and I have got an email about the account is permanently locked, I will never be able to sell again.

Do you have any ideas, can I do anything further, or it's ****ed?
I can make other type of invoice if they need.

One more thing. I have an old (B) eBay & PayPal combo, from that one, PayPal was limited permanently.
This current (A) account I have totally different info on it. If I use the (A) PayPal after changing email and cancelling eBay preauthorized payments can I use it with (B) eBay? Or they will match and close both?

Or creating a new eBay with brand new info, can I add the working PayPal from the old eBay after changing email and phone?
