Default I bought Amazon Ghost a few years ago.
Has the book changed significantly since 2013 or so? The basic principles of stealth are always the same (registration info, cookies, IP, VBA, VCC, etc.) but does the latest version cover Amazon's rigorous identity checks for new sellers?
