Personal or Business PayPal/eBay accounts ?

Hi guys,

Old question but i need an actual answer. Which is better for stealth, PayPal/eBay Personal or Business ? My all non stealth and stealth PayPal/eBay accounts are made Personal and after while i upgrade them to Business. But i am a newbie and i want to make them right.

It doesn't make that much difference at the start

I start as personal and then change to business later on purely because I prefer the interface

@OP, start with personal - what's your volume of sales? Make multiple accounts

2-3 low risk items per week, before do good feedback. After that i want to sell 4-5 high risk items per week together with low risk items. I made two stealths eBay/PayPal and want to make 2-3 more. I dont think I can handle more.

I think 5 is a good number for now if you feel that way.

I operated 20-30 at one point. And it's a lot of work.

About the high risk items, depending what they are, you probably is safer with 1/wk but could potentially do more than 5./

I agree with you, 5 is max for the moment. 20-30, you are machine

About the high risk items, with strong account and with some low risk items together i can try to sell more than 5/wk. But it will be risky. I can push to see what will happend but i dont think i can be under radar for long time. Better way is 3-4/wk with 4 accounts and will be good enough for me. Greed is bad thing for me.

I'd stick to Personal, take advantage of the special offers ebay gives, i.e. no listing fees - whilst you build your account up.
