 Refund Bank Reversal Insufficient Funds
Hi all
I made a small (maybe big!) blunder. I keep my PayPal balance low but during xmas, someone made a big request for return and PayPal held my account for refund. Unfortunately my balance was not enough for the refund so they did a claim from my bank. I didn’t have enough money in my bank either. So my bank reversed the payment
The transaction on my PayPal remains pending (I think they are still waiting from my banks confirmation of refund (which I saw on my bank account has been declined)
Now as it is pending, I have more than enough balance on my PayPal and bank to do this refund.
The account is stealth btw. Would I be limited because of this even if now there is money in the account ?
