IBAN PayPal

Friends are greetings to all. Interested in the question of the stealth of PayPal accounts.
Since I do not want to spoil the reputation of the account, I ask you before I do.
Is there a stealth PayPal account without VCC and IBAN will eBay give me payments without an attached bank account to my PayPal? Or maybe he can cause suspicions and he will reject the listing?

Most people will tell you to attach a bank account first.

I rarely attach a bank account to my PP at first until I know the EB is going to be successful. No point to burning a bank account if the PP is not ever going to have enough money it to make transfers worthwhile.

I can always just send payments to my suppliers with it to use the funds if it's only going to bring in 1-4K a year.

It's only when it starts to take in substantial money that I attach a bank account.

As I said, however, a lot of people will tell you differently.

Are you saying that without IBAN there will be no suspicions? Is this your own experience?

I have a lot of PP accounts that are very old ( 2-5 years ) and not only don't have a bank account, they never have had a bank account, ever.

Not entirely sure what IBAN is, I'm in the US and don't recognize the word.

As I said, however, many people here think it's essential, and I don't want to disagree, just saying I've had success without an added bank.

IBAN = International Bank Account Number.

This term is used more in reference to accounts based outside the USA, particularly in Europe/Asia.

I do have accounts with an attached bank account, but a lot of the PP's I use to purchase products from suppliers. I drain them down that way.

Why move the money to a bank and then buy from the debit card when I can just pay directly?

It also reduces the need to have so many bank accounts.

That is, you want to say that you are transferring money to the account of secrecy to someone attached to a bank account and withdrawing money through it?
