How to Separate VPN IP address for Each User Account

Hello,

Currently I have several user accounts set up on my Mac computer so that each one has its own Dedicated IP address. I have set it up this way so I do not need to worry about logging my IP address every time I want to switch user accounts. Short of buying a computer for each account, does anyone know of a way to hide the other network options and prevent one user account from logging into a another user accounts Dedicated IP VPN? Is there a firewall that will only allow each user to receive its own Dedicated IP?

Buy a vps and set up a VPN. It is not that hard just take about hours to learn. The cost for one VPN is around 10 usd per year if you set it up yourself.
