Paypal Funding Card

I have a stealth usa pp and usa ebay. At the moment I want to be able to buy on ebay. The amounts are rather large, like $500 USD per purchase. Attached to my pp account I have an old entropay account (has sufficient funds, setup with mexican address), 25 vanilla with the USA shipping address setup in pp, and another vcc that was on there when I got the account.

When I go to buy it now on ebay, the log into pay with paypal, I get:

Sorry, this payment option isn't available. Here are your options: Select a different payment option. Contact PayPal customer service to resolve this issue.

That's even before I try to select the card or finalize checkout.

So then I try to pay directly on ebay checkout (processed by pp) using the entropay card it gives me an error too.

Maybe Vanilla would work but I can't be repeatedly going out to buy their cards as I'm currently outside the USA. Is there something like entropay that might work on Paypal?

BTW I've bought some items on USA Amazon with the entropay card, shipping to the USA address, and they seem to like it.

I need a way to spend using paypal usa ( for ebay and other sites).

Paypal does not seem to like entropay. Is there something else I can use besides smallish $250 vanilla cards?

A lot of info is missing from your post.

How old is this account? How much transaction history? Have you been able to make any payments before?

I have personally experienced issues with PP's that had entropay cards attached to them, so stopped using those.

Yes, I think I'm confirmed and verified. Check the screenshots below.

One of those cards is the entropay I want to use. No matter what site, it won't let me pay with it. I don't even remember what the other cards are. Probably one is a vanilla.

What card could I add on there that I can easily reload preferably by wire or ach?
