Turkey etsy Shop with UK paypal

Hi,
I am from turkey. Paypal closed its operation in Turkey in 2016.I want to Open an etsy Shop with UK paypal account. Is it possible create an etsy Shop with an adress in Turkey and add Uk paypal?

You can use whatever Paypal account you wish. Turkey isn't forced to do Direct Checkout so the Paypal account can be from any country you have access to. Etsy doesn't know anything about the Paypal account outside of the primary email and payment email you provide.

I've tried to open a turkey Etsy before and Etsy blocked the option to add a PayPal alltogether. That was right after PayPal closed there I'm not sure if things have changed and they unblocked it but when I did it adding PayPal was not an option at all.

I Saw many people on etsy who ships from Turkey and have paypal account. I wonder how did they do it?
I think they ask etsy for permission to add it.

I tried to Open a new etsy Shop from turkey but a notification appeared that says paypal can no longer operated in Turkey and you can not receive or payment with paypal etc..
How am I supposed to add my UK PP to this account?

I dunno if they change the payment methods after they open or they just use a nearby countries address and open it that way.

When you open the shop, write a message to etsy that you have a paypal account, give them your paypal address and request to add it to your etsy payments. They wil active it in a few days.
