Transfers to bank account taking longer?

First ten transfers were received the next business day to my bank account (Fidelity), during the first 60 days or so of my account being open. Shortly after, I started having "72 hour review" messages when withdrawing funds, also unable to use paypal balance to purchase items on ebay, unless I called paypal several times and practically begged them to let a purchase go through. Since then, nearly every withdrawal has taken the same amount of time to hit my bank account as it would if I got the "72 hour review" message, even though there was no message indicating a "review" (i.e. transfer on monday, funds hit bank account friday, tues/wed/thurs transfers hit bank monday or tues, and so on). Anyone else experienced this or have any idea why this is happening?

Sounds like a "soft limitation" that happens on accounts where something changed. Can be triggered by refunds/reversals/holds, disputes/cases, change of IP address/cookies, linked to another account, etc. You may have also just crossed an invisible limit for w/d's on your account. Hard to say for sure.

For me, it means I had an ebay return request for the first time or I requested a withdrawal higher than usual. That number seems to be over $250 at one time. Then it goes back to usual after a few.

No, I've done all transactions through my laptop and phone, although I've been using only my laptop for ebay/paypal since the last two weeks of december.

Haven't withdrawn more that $60 or so at once and that was only 1 or 2 times, usually withdraw smaller amounts. Only had one return request for 3.99 about a month ago.
