Activity: 0% Longevity: 37% | | Soooo... What are everyones favourite passive income?
Hiiii, I'm new to this forum but I'm not new to the whole entrepreneur businessman side of life. I've been selling on eBay for over 2 years now. I'm currently not selling at the moment as my most recent PayPal has been limited so I am just waiting on purchasing the stealth guide to help me get back up.
Anyway my most successful eBay shop was bringing in around £1000-£3000 a day for me and all was great, but after 8 months the PayPal got limited which sucked. That hasn't stopped my passion for entrepreneurship and becoming the successful businessman I want to be.
The whole point of this thread is I want everyone to post and discuss what their favourite passive income ideas are, what they think works best, what they think will work best, what's easiest to set up and run etc etc
I've currently looked into cryptocurrency (I've invested into BTC, ETH an LTC), and I've very briefly read up on autoblogging.... but what do you guys do? There must but a whole range of passive income ideas and I'm just curious as to what they are

The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

I have 3 condos in a 55 and older community which i rent to commuter Canadians yearly. I live in S FL where we have people from Quebec come by the bus. Literally there is about 10000 people from Quebec in the Tri County Area during the winter months.
About 8 years ago....i started buying these condos. The first one i bought for $33K Cash. I have 2 other that are bigger. I rent them out for about 7 months of the year at an average $800 a month. Between ebay, amazon, website, rental properties and stock market, I havent worked a 9-5 in the last 10 years or so.
I feel by the time im 50 ill be completely retired with people running my online businesses and rental properties but till then i can only dream!

Condo for 33k exists in Florida? Wow
I am investing but I will work a 9-5. I also run my own consulting firm with few contracts coming here and there - not exactly "passive" but it's nice to be in control.

There is no real "passive work", you have to put in efforts.

^^I like our new HK member.
I've financed 3 vehicles for 3 different family members and get monthly payments with interest.
I hope to go the landlord route some day but that's really a lot of work and I don't know if it would be worth the effort. It's hard to find a good tenant.

Of course you'd need to put time and investment in to get it going. | The Following User Says Thank You to Play For This Useful Post: | |

Wow.. Dreamweaver is old school.
Favorite passive income?? That would be investing in CryptoCurrency. While it's not really income but more increased value of holdings, 2017 had great returns.
That's as passive as it gets besides the stock market.
Housing would probably be 2nd but it's not 100% passive. You have to deal with tenants and repairs. If you have other work you have to do it can get in the way of that. I'm selling off some property now to focus on other projects.
Everything else for me has upkeep and I don't consider it that passive. The goal is to try to make it as passive as possible of course. |

I own several trademarks/copyrights and one patent that I license out. My only thing is reviewing the products and making license agreements. I do zero else with them, just collect the money for use and the after sell percent I agree to.
Everything else I have to work on daily.

No joke, but I invested $2000 into a computer and gold farmed runescape before they started seriously banning people. I would make $1200-1400 per week via WU and did that for 6 months straight. Maintaining and unloading the gold would take less than an hour a day for me which is probably as passive as it got when it comes to my workload.

What you did lasted a mere 6 months, I cannot see it lasting several years.
The idea of passive income is to be able to sit back (a bit)... |

start a cryptocurrency exchange.........the fees on trading is good passive income........I would go for it and try to beat all the others....
I hate passive income that comes with like.......work involved or customer service issues........like maintenance.......
the best passive income is income that just flows into your bank without any real issues arising like stock buy low and sell high situations.....
