Default Is instant transfer no longer an option?

I haven't seen the instant transfer option on my account in nearly a month, and have since been subjected to withdrawals being deposited 84-96 hours after the transfer has been made, without any security review messages, and it is a real pain in the a$$. Has this happened to anyone else recently?

Last time I checked on Friday all of my personal and business accounts were still giving the option to do an instant transfer by linking "an eligible debit card".

I usually always had that option as well, until I actually linked "an eligible debit card". Going to get a merchant account soon. Paypal is akin to a horrible marriage.

If PP is a bad marriage, a merchant account on eBay is akin to an old hag who never married or had kids.

Not sure if that's a good or a bad thing, but I got a chuckle out of this post. So I'm assuming that a merchant account is at least slightly better than pp for ebay?

Lol, it's 20x worse than using Paypal. Literally 95% of buyers request their order be cancelled when they realize they can't pay with Paypal. It's also incompatible with eBay on any type of mobile platform (app or browser) so buyers get error messages if they try to buy from you on mobile.

I'm a fan because it's really useful (and a lot less scary) for B2B wholesale. It sucks for eBay.

A merchant account will assure you of a serious decrease in business.

Like it or not, for now if you don't have PP, you're not going to be playing in the game.
