Not only does PayPal and eBay keep track of your IP address, but they gather countless other details about you and your access to their service. Not only that, but they also likely retain this data indefinitely.

This means even if you remove or change something in your account, the old info will still be there on their end. it never really goes away. They keep everything.

I'm a super small fish. Even I download and save customer IP stats from my web hosting server and my Auth.net account every few months. It's useful in detecting/preventing fraud.

Any website you go to is storing your IP. Even sites hosted by super-basic companies like GoDaddy. A multi-billion $ company like PP stores everything forever.

All 4 accounts were linked easily, they probably just let you slide because they didn't have any issues with you at the time or because they were aged and trustworthyish accounts

Shouldnt have had any issues with me now, $31,000, $30,000, and $12,000 sales and the 4th is new but no ssn#, LOL this one will be ein.

Four 4 years I logged on 4 different paypals from same ip... Shouldnt have had any issues with me now

Listen carefully: ALL 4 ARE NOW LINKED.

ALL. 4. LINKED. ALL. 4. DOOMED.

DEAD. DONE. TORCHED. WASTED. DOA. FINISHED. EXPIRED. NO GOOD. TRASHED.

And the EB's they are/were attached to are linked/dead too.

Well we will see how long my 500/25,000 account last now that I have attached a new paypal to it. I will be attaching a new paypal to my 1000/50,000 account next week, both with new ips, new paypal, new address, new bank attached (only after 30 days will I attach new bank). not going to do anything with the other, just let it sit idle for 6 months. got nothing to lose except email address and cc I already have and not being able to use with paypal would be no skin off of my nose. I will drain the account down to what I owe ebay in fees (normally $275-300 a month) and move the rest to my new savings acct.

Well I am still learning, but no loss if I lose two accounts, but the paypal guy told me "they" had no problem with another legit paypal being added to legit ebay acct, so maybe we all will learn something new. I dont mind being the guinea pig.

You should have got your paypal pal to put that in writing.

It is a common lie told to others.

Try a different approach. Learn stealth correctly and make money without issues.
