account restricted yet AGAIN!! HELP

Hi all,

Its seems every time I have money put in my PayPal i gets restricted!

3 days ago it was restricted and needed a bank statement and photo ID, a month or so before that it needed the same off me ,

Lat night it was restricted again saying I have another 2 account's that owes money so I need to sort that out, the problem is I cannot access them account's so dont really know where to go from here now?

That shouldn't really happen

It may be worth going over your method. Something is setting off red flags and getting you linked.

This is the message im getting on my PayPal : 'Some of your account information is shared with accounts that have balances that show an amount owing to us. Please resolve the issues in the accounts associated with j******n@outlook.com and j*****@hotmail.co.uk. If you have questions or know the other accounts aren’t yours and need to appeal, contact us.

anyone know any way round this, I just need the money out from it, my balance does not say 'held' or anything and is showing as my current balance but full account limited!
