PP 180 days hold money release

Hey there everyone, a stealth limited pp account which is on the 180 days money hold and is down to the last month of the 6 months. My question is, will they give a hard time taking the money out considering the fact that there is no bank account or credit card to withdraw with on there. Lately, a bank account has been tried to be added before the end of the 180 days wait but keeps getting error message. Any help will be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

no after the 180 days it should let you add a bank

add a fresh bank not linked to any other accounts

It should be easy to add in a new unused bank account to the PayPal and then withdraw after the 180 day mark

If you have Add Bank option in Resolution Center there will be no problem to add new bank after 180 days. If this option disabled you must call to Paypal Support and ask to activate it.
