Hi
If I have two PayPal accounts
and use the first one to sell something
and then immediately move balance to second account
what happens when the first account gets a charge-back ?
is this thing possible in any way ?
any other method to keep funds after charge-back ?

If you think you can outsmart PayPal, think again.
If PayPal suspects fraud, they have been known to recover the money by reversing transfers between accounts, as well as dipping into funding sources (if available).
Is there any particular reason you are concerned with chargebacks on your first account?

The forum is chock full of hundreds of small time wise-guy posters who think they are smarter than PP, and find out to their regret that they aren't, and usually lose thousands to tens of thousands of dollars in the process.

don't move it as F&F . instead it must be as service / Purchase . the End account must be strong and have Good Score with no Chargeback history

Move the balance into a bank, paypal cannot withdraw from bank after an account goes negative as long as you have deleted the bank from the account in time.

You can be insulted if you like, but I wasn't referring to you in any way.
I was referring to the kind of advice that I referenced in the two posts immediately above mine - 1. that an invoice allows you to move money between your PP accounts totally risk free, and 2. that you can delete a bank account from PP to escape charge-banks.

No need to overthink how you to move the money out of PP.
Do what most people do: SPEND IT
If w/d it to a bank isn't viable, then just spend the money on things you can flip/resell quickly, such as gift cards, digital items, etc. Heck, I even use my PayPal money to buy more inventory for what I sell on my websites and eBay. Who knew?
As far as making sure the big mean PayPal can't touch your money when unfair chargeback/dispute/reversals comes in, well, that's not easy to give advise for.

If so please explain rather than just indirectly saying its bad advice. From my research on the forum i found most people have said exactly what I was repeating to OP, including Aspkin. If I am wrong thats okay but I want to know if you actually know for sure, because everything else I have read says otherwise.

I didn't indirectly say it - I said it very directly. Moving money between PP's more than once or twice by using an invoice will get you suspended.

I think to clarify what the OP wants to know is can PayPal reverse payments made to the 2nd or 3rd accounts the money is moved to if I chargeback occurs.
The answer will be it depends.
If PayPal suspects fraud, then the money that's moved to other accounts could be indeed reversed. In fact, I've seen threads in the past of them doing just that for certain types of transactions.
However, in MOST cases a changeback will usually only affect the account in question.
That said, there are no guarantees when it comes to PayPal.
I would focus on trying to prevent the chargebacks from occuring in the first place. It's always a good idea not to screw over customers and give them what they were promised. Giving good customer service and attention to your trading partners should be a priority.

Again, since you did not answer my question, am I wrong? If so why/how? My original post was regarding withdrawing to a bank not moving between multiple PPs
Thanks

Not to assume the OP has bad intentions and simply wants to prevent PayPal from screwing him over on chargebacks, the air of this forum is to give practical advise without judging.
That said, it's better to prevent the disputes from happening at all.
If your intent is to defraud others and try and run away with the money, all bets are off.

I'm just saying because saying something is fraud is a big claim and although this might break some paypal terms of use, it is not illegal
