Can I use my actual CC to verify with paypal on a stealth account. And when PayPal asks for the card holders info, can I just use the Stealth Account info instead BUT use my av

It would fail the AVS checks so that isn't possible

So the only way is by using a VCC? Or purchasing a prepaid one where I have access to see the transactions. What is the best options for either method?

Why not just purchase a Vanilla Gift card and use it? No SSN needed.

Actual cc can work with stealth name if you register it to your stealth address of paypal....with the credit card company...
