3hr transfer delay

Has anybody gotten a 3HR Transfer Delay when doing a withdrawal from paypal to there bank account i just got that error message and its 18hrs past and haven't cleared yet, i normally get 48hrs and 72hrs

It's not going to clear on the weekend. But no I've never seen a 3 hour delay message.

Kinda odd to me i got transferred funds yesterday at 11:30am and still showing as pending well over 3hrs

most recently for me it has taken 3 business days to clear to my bank, consistent with about 6 transfers.

does it show 3hr or 1hr delay??
