How do you create one safely? Do you need to do it from a whole other computer or just changing your IP and cleaning cookies to create it is enough? I could do it from my school using my phone (after installing a new browser - Firefox) and never use it at home. I don't need it to last forever too, as I'm planning on sending the money from there to another account of mine and then to my main account where I would withdraw the money.

You don't need an ebook guide, just read up on how to browse the internet anonymously (not just articles) and you will learn about all the factors which leave a fingerprint and give websites information and which information it is.

Make a plan based upon that and information in this forum
