Newbie who wants to set up an eBay and PayPal account

I am a newbie who wants to set up an eBay and PayPal account.
(I am not sure if I need just an eBay account, or a PayPal account as well)

So I originally had an eBay account that I had over 350 feedback score of 100% that was closed for breaking eBay's guidelines.
(swearing at someone in a message who ripped me off)
I still have the PayPal account I set up for this eBay account.

I then opened a second eBay account with some simple letter trickery / slight alteration of my details.
I opened a PayPal account for this that also had my altered name, so when I got a request for I.D for this PayPal account recently, they closed the account as didn't except the I.D I provided, so I set up another PayPal account
(business account this time/but to the same bank account as original PayPal + eBay account was linked to)

Now I have been sent an MC011 from eBay for my current account and I only have a feedback of 73 @100% - although has 11,500 selling limit : (
I don't think this would be worth the cost of fixing, so I am going to start fresh with a new and stealth eBay and PayPal account to avoid this horror show in the future.

I was considering buying an eBay/and PayPal account if I can find one to match my requirements and budget
(I would like feedback of 250 @100% and a selling limit of at least 10,000 a month)
I have been advised I should just make one myself.
I have also been advised not to buy the guides.
I am on a tight budget.


Would apprecieate any advice thrown my away.

Guide is a nice read but you can also gain a lot of insight by reading that and around the forums - tons of posts with info for you.

Tight budget is a relative term - learn and increase profits.

Your first step should be to get the stealth guide. Youll need the knowledge within it to properly set up your new accounts.

Before buying or making your own accounts you need to read the Stealth Book or at least browse the forums to learn how stealth works or you will end up losing them very quickly and wasting your time and possibly money.
