PayPa - Cryptocurrency warning. - ⊗⊗⊗⊗ e-mails?!

Some people say this e-mails are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and they only want to crash bitcoin prices. What is interesting is that most of the receiver haven't traded any bitcoins in their lifetime.
What it is curious is how, if they are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ e-mails they managed to get full names and e-mails of the receivers.
