Paypal new update question

So paypal recently changed their TOS. Is that for EU (hungarian) accs too? Because I've got like 5 accs with 700+ in it... I have VCC added, should I get VBA too or do I need verify my ID and address to move funds? since thier tos says "Changing the balance functionality for your PayPal account depending on whether we have been able to verify identifying information that you provide to us."

Also is that for withdraw or to make a payment/receive?

Nobody knows a lot about this yet, BUT I think it's probably smart to clear your liquid funds out of your PP as quickly as possible before the transition date.

You don't want to get hung out to dry and have to provide docs or other info that may be hard to come by.

It's unwise to leave $700 in a PP account in any case anyway.

it sounds like they are going to look you up in the public database. If you do not show up,they will ask for docts.

I heard its usa only.

if you do not verify, you can only withdraw to bank or credit card.
