Paypal's BS with the Pre-Paid phones...

Hello, yes I'm new. yes, there's probably a million and one threads with the same question. But I want to ask mine now, and get my answer lol.


Made a paypal -- months ago with an old number -- it wasn't registered under my name, it was under my moms -- i don't think i verified it. but it was there UNTIL last week.

Got a new phone -- wanted to switch everything to my NEW number.

So I did, or I think, I TRIED to change the old number from the new number on Paypal..

But now, after checking to see if I had my money, PAYPAL TELLS ME MY ACCOUNT IS LIMITED.

I'm trying to "secure" or "validate" my ****ing account but it won't let me with my stupid ass pre-paid phone OR me uploading my ID?

It's literally telling me to try again with the ID thing -- I've tried over a hundred times in the last 48 hours.

I called paypal, they won't let me talk to an agent.... I say agent and it just says their very busy right now and that they'll call me back when it's my turn.

THATS WAS ****ING YESTERDAY.

I don't even know if this is the right forum but just let me know, Do i really have to go out my way to get a NEW phone under a NEW contract with MY name to get MY money out of Paypal?

Or could Paypal just being a-holes because I'm technically getting funds from a sex-friendly site? I know Paypal doesn't want anything to do with sex-workers..

Sounds like an AUP policy violation. Perhaps you should include the email so we can better judge. Paypal limits accounts for various reasons.
