bit of history
had a uk ebay & paypal account suspended about 2 years ago.
Managed to get new ones in wifes name, same address.

Ebay has now restricted account from selling in a particular category - the one that I need.
Paypal is unaffected and unrestricted.

I've set up a new ebay account, new ISP, new phone, new email.
Setting up a new paypal - made up name, real (but not mine) address, new bank account in my name & vcc.

Have I got any option other than to keep below the EU receiving limits to avoid providing ID that I don't have?

what was the category issue? it could have been easier to deal with that...

If you do not want to provide ID, then staying under the limit is one way, but you could still get asked for ID. If you make a few more accounts, and stay under the limit, then it might be worth it....

Restricted an a vero item.
Amazingly the vero partner subsequently admitted they were wrong, but ebay won't back down.
Tried for weeks but given up.
For a new PayPal, I have a new IP, email, card and bank account, all previously never used.
If I register a new PayPal with my real name/address, I assume PayPal will link to my previous suspension and that will burn all the new stuff.

Of course it will link start fresh with new details do not use your details which are linked to previous accounts trust me it’s not worth the headache start fresh and read the Stealth Book.

Thanks. Rule seems to be don't risk it.
Ok, so I can set up a stealth PayPal, real bank and vcc.
When I Get to the EU receiving limit, do the stealth documents advertised on here really work?
If so, seems a better option than trying to keep on top of multiple acccounts.
I only sell about £12k a year
