Your objective should be to try and avoid having chargebacks in the first place. Chargebacks are not normal. It usually means the person sending the money to you either claims they didn't, or they felt they didn't get what they paid for.
So, unless you are NOT screwing over people, or receiving fraudulent funds, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
To answer your question, if PayPal feels there was fraud involved, they can certainly dip into your other account(s) to recover the money. it will largely depend on some other factors as well.
