Help from people in countries where "Withdraw to Visa" is available

I am having hard time finding Visa card that accepts transfers from PayPal. I appreciate if anyone is using Visa to withdraw funds from PayPal to card to tell me what is the card name and country.

I heard about Muzie Card, but it seems that it's no longer available here.

@OP, are you looking for what card accepts pp transfer? Or looking for what country allows for withdrawal to card?

You may want to look at the paypal site or even call in as a "guest" who is interested in PP and ask them this question

I guess you can't buy a visa.
You can only issue one.
But depends on always.

So , Why you dont issue an EU bank account of an other eu country -that allows sepa transactions- and then to withdraw money from ppl to that account/iban.
Using -then- account's debit card you can extract money from this sepa eu account to your pocket.
